Greetings of love and gratitude from

Chimpanzees Receive the Gift of
Freedom. After years of incarceration, cruel experiments, and
intense suffering, chimpanzees under the control of the National
Institutes of Health (NIH) will finally be set free. The director of
NIH announced in November that all the NIH chimpanzees will be given
new lives in sanctuaries. Thousands of people have worked for their
freedom for so many years. Some have worked on teams, others on
their own. Together, they stayed the course and refused to give
up on their vision of empty cages for these beloved brothers and
sisters of ours. Meanwhile millions of animals, such as rabbits,
mice, dogs, rats, and others still languish in labs around the world;
billions of others suffer in farms, zoos, aquariums, fish nets, and
other forms of torture. Let this victory for the chimps shine
like a Christmas Star for us and for all the animals. Every
single year as humanity passes through this holiday time, we draw
closer to becoming beings of love as we were always meant to be.
Prayers for Following this Star of
Freedom and Love for All: This week let us give thanks for
all the activists who have worked so hard for so long to bring freedom
to the NIH chimpanzees. And let us give thanks for the reminder
they have given us that this same freedom is possible for all animals
as long as we don’t lose our vision. We are an ever-growing force
of love with one clear goal—to bring humanity into the new
consciousness of nonviolence and reverence for all life.
Sometimes, it is difficult to believe that we can really do this, but
there is nothing more powerful than love. Because of what you all
have done so far, along with the generations before us, that love for
all beings is shining more brightly than ever. We know that love
really does live in all hearts waiting to be awakened, and we see signs
of that awakening everywhere. This week, please hold in your hearts a
vision of a brilliant star guiding us all forward with courage, joy,
and absolute faith that every single little thing we do matters.
Every single thing you do brings the animals closer to freedom.
And so it is.
As always, with tears of gratitude, I send my thanks to each of you,
dear Prayer Circle members, for joining this circle of compassion and
shining the Light of Truth for all to see, so that one day soon, all
beings will live in peace together.
May compassion and love reign over all the earth for all beings
everywhere.
Thank you all for your devotion to truth, love, liberation and peace
for all beings.
With Love, peace, and gratitude from Judy Carman, and greetings from
