Prayer Circle for Animals Weekly Update from Judy Carman
September 18, 2017

Please share with friends!!

Our prayers for all animals continue to circle the earth,
to uplift humanity's consciousness,
and to bless the animals themselves.

Thank you for joining people around the world who are praying this prayer
in many different languages but all with the same love:

Our Daily Noon Prayer

THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE VIGIL IS ON SEPTEMBER 21.  In 2001, September 21 was declared the International Day of Peace by the United Nations. The goal of this is to observe a day of nonviolence and peace around the world.  The hope is that there will be no armed conflict on that day--a universal cease fire.  This special Day of Peace takes place in conjunction with the International Day of Prayer for Peace (IDPP) and most recently with the International Day of Peace Vigil.  On the World Peace Prayer Society (WPPS) website, it states the purpose of the vigil is "to encourage worldwide, 24-hour spiritual observations for peace and nonviolence on the International Day of Peace, 21 September in every house of worship and place of spiritual practice, by all religious and spiritually based groups and individuals, and by all men, women and children who seek peace in the world." We can register our commitment to participate here. As a prayer circle for animals, we have jumped at these opportunities to pray with the millions in the world for peace and nonviolence, making sure that our prayers bring the animals into the vision of nonviolence along with people and the earth.

OUR PRAYER AND VIGIL THIS WEEK FOR NONVIOLENCE AND PEACE FOR ALL BEINGS.  We give thanks that thought forms of love are so powerful, they can literally change the course of humanity and bring peace. We give thanks that words and visions carry vibrations that can change hearts and minds so that peace for all becomes possible. Our own noon prayer which we repeat each day, “Compassion encircles the earth for all beings everywhere,” brings more love to the hearts of humanity every time it is spoken or thought. This week as we draw near to the International Day of Peace Vigil, let us fashion our thoughts, prayers, and words to expand this grand worldwide vision of nonviolence and ceasefire to include all animals.  And not just for one day, not just for September 21, but for every day from this day forward.  We do this for the animals, but we also do it for people, because, as we know, people will have no rest from wars until the wars against animals are forever ended.  And so we join with the millions of kind souls who hold vigil and pray for ceasefires and nonviolence on the International Day of Peace.  When we repeat the powerful WPPS vision, “May Peace Prevail on Earth,” with them, we add “FOR ALL BEINGS EVERYWHERE.” Dear Animals of Earth, we live and pray each day for your freedom. May your hearts receive our love and our undying dedication to your freedom, peace and joy.

As always, with tears of gratitude, I send my thanks to each of you, dear Prayer Circle members, for joining this circle of compassion and shining the Light of Truth for all to see, so that one day soon, all beings will live in peace together.  May nurturing, gentle, tender and, yet powerful, love awaken in all human hearts.

May compassion and love reign over all the earth for all beings everywhere.

Thank you all for your devotion to truth, love, liberation and peace for all beings.

With Love, peace, and gratitude from Judy Carman, and greetings from Will, Madeleine, and the Circle of Compassion team
