Today is the 30th Martin Luther King Day of Service. This is one of those transcendent days dedicated to honoring Dr. King and his precious and powerful message that we can become a non-violent and compassionate species.
Like other holidays dedicated to a better world where peace reigns, this is yet another opportunity for us to join in the worldwide energy field of love that is vibrating and rippling out from points of light everywhere.
Our joy and our job is to make sure the animals are not forgotten, that they are included in the actions, prayers and visions that take place on this day that will surely bring us a few steps
closer to the new Homo Ahimsa (as discussed in
www.peacetoallbeings.com) that we are revealing.
In Defense of Animals

Animal liberation is human liberation. As we liberate animals from human domination, we liberate ourselves from the anguish, depression, empathy avoidance, anxiety, physical illnesses, addictions, etc. that dominate humanity as a direct result of the human inclination to dominate others.
So as we honor Martin Luther King today, let us carry his vision and expand it to see the final piece required for total human liberation-reverence and freedom for all life.
With Love, peace, and gratitude from Judy; and Will, Madeleine, and the Circle of Compassion team
