Prayer Circle for Animals Weekly Update
October 1, 2012

Our prayers for all animals continue to circle the earth, to uplift humanity's consciousness, and to bless the animals themselves. Thank you for joining people around the world who are praying this prayer in many different languages but all with the same love:

Two things today:

Some hunters are looking forward to the hunting season for Wyoming's remaining 328 wolves that begins today. It will be legal to shoot and trap wolves throughout most of the state, gas wolf dens, kill the puppies and even, according to Earthjustice, "bait wolves into conflicts as a pretext for wolf killing."

If attempts by various groups to stop the slaughter are unsuccessful, then they may possibly all be killed. Although, such tragedy may make us feel helpless and heartbroken, we must remember that there is nothing more powerful than prayers of love-and we have lots of those to give.

We may not know the outcome of our prayers, but we can know that the love we send to the wolves can never be lost. We also need to pray for the hunters and the legislators, ranchers, and lobbyists who are allowing this genocide. For they suffer from the deep loneliness that comes from their disconnection to Life in all its infinite beauty and wonder. May they know the Truth before they pull a single trigger.

Second thing: Please pray Big Prayers for the elephants, Tembo and Sunda, on Tuesday, October 2. We will again be at a City Council meeting to plead for the zoo to send them to The Elephant Sanctuary. We are being told a decision will be made by the end of October. More information is at www.elephantfreedom.com.

Thank you from my heart to yours-we are all connected in Divine Love and Truth.

May all beings, including all people, be happy and free.

With Love, peace, and gratitude from Judy

Please visit the website www.circleofcompassion.org often to see updates and special prayers, and also to join in our "A prayer a day for animals" which features a prayer for a different group of animals each day of the week. It is also a place to send ideas or prayer requests.

Please forward this widely so that we may continue to add more people to our ever-expanding circle of compassion.
